First, I'd like to mention that I sent a message on Whatsapp not really expecting a reply due to the time difference but was answered almost immediately. That was a big plus. I was promised a freshly built 3H would be shipped out on a certain day, and it was. Also, it got to the Southeast USA faster than I get many deliveries from within the U.S. After warming up to the club and dialing it in, it's just about my go-to for anything over 190 yards. As a senior golf I was beginning not to enjoy my golf due to the equipment I was using and then I discovered Eleven Hybrid clubs . My game has improved so much due straighter ball flight and the ease of hitting the ball. I started with the 6 to pw set plus a couple wedges and have since added the 4 and 5 hybrid clubs . My last purchase has been the 3 hybrid completing my set. So thank you Eleven Golf for a great product.
I started playing golf at the ripe young age of 69. I"m now 72 and having just purchased a full set of Eleven hybrids, wedges, and driver the game has gotten much more enjoyable for me. The weight of the hybrid club heads just works and I'm hitting my driver much better. One of my wedges had a blemish on the club face and the team at Eleven got right on it and replaced it ASAP. Great customer service experience.
Recently purchased a single club as a tester, the service I received both before the purchase and the delivery was excellent, club arrived well before the expected date. Still in early stages of using the club but it seems to be what I need. Will consider the future of my existing set at a future date. Thanks for everything.
