At Eleven Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines:
Hardware Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom-built nature of our products, all clubs are hand-built to your required specification, and therefore cannot be returned once shipped and received.
We will never commit you to buying a set of our hybrid irons.
If you want to trial our hybrid-irons, we frequently suggest to our customers to purchase a single club initially, as we retail each hybrid individually. Should you enjoy using the club, you can pick up the individual clubs you need to complete your set, further down the line. If you’re one of the very few golfers that find you don’t enjoy the club, you haven’t committed too many funds to trialling our product (though we’re certain you’ll love them!)
Soft Goods Refund & Exchange Policy
You have a 30 days from receipt of your soft good items to return for a refund. Apparel and accessories must be unworn and unused with tags still attached (if applicable) and in their original packaging.
The garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached. Our packaging is a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
It is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable for any damage until the package is received into our warehouse. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages returned to us by your elected courier and we recommend that you select a tracked and insured service where possible.
Please ensure that a copy of your original invoice or invoice number is included within your returns parcel to help us identify your order upon receipt.
We cannot exchange clothing or apparel, so should you need an alternative size, please re-order through our site, and send you original item(s) of clothing back to us at the following address; Hemming Golf, Perseverance Road, Hereford, HR4 9SN, United Kingdom. Sale items are also non-returnable.
Once the return is received into our warehouse, we will begin to process the refund as soon as possible. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear in your account.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can correct the issue. We offer a 12-month warranty for issues that arise during the normal course of play, which excludes general wear and tear. Any custom stamping, 3rd party laser engraving, paint fills, re-shafts, re-grips, or other alterations will void the warranty. Please contact us at info@eleven-golf.com to submit a warranty request.
Laser Engraved Orders
If we have already begun lasering your club head or shaft, but it is yet to be fully assembled, you are still liable for the full cost of the club. Please note that laser engraved clubs are not eligible for return under any circumstance. All laser engraved purchases are final inclusive of hardware, soft goods and apparel.

Definitions
Hardware - All golf clubs including but not limited to; Drivers, Hybrids Irons, Wedges, Elite Blasters, Chippers, Putters.
Soft Goods & Apparel - All other items sold through our site including but not limited to; Clothing, Apparel, Headware, Scorecard Holders, Golf Bags, Balls, Tees, Rangefinders, Gloves, Pitchforks and Accessories.
*If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@eleven-golf.com. In the event that we have already begun assembling your club(s), we are unable to cancel or refund your order, as every piece of hardware is hand-built to your desired specification. We may be able to amend the order if the desired specification changes, however this may incur additional charges if we have begun your build.
